This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, charges, serviceable areas, and tracking. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers across India.

1. Order Processing Time

At Box of Art, every order is handled with care to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.

• Standard Products (such as posters, stickers, bookmarks, pocket posters, etc.) are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized Products (if available) may require additional time, usually 3–5 business days, depending on the level of personalization requested.
• During peak seasons (festivals, sales, or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

📌 Note: Processing time refers to preparing, packing, and handing over your order to the courier partner. Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Duration

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities & Major Locations: 3–5 business days
• Other Serviceable Areas: 5–7 business days
• Remote or Non-Metro Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to courier service availability)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

📌 Note: While we always aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons outside our control. Customers will be updated with tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment in real-time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order.
• From time to time, Box of Art may offer free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be communicated through our website, email newsletters, or social media updates.
• Any additional delivery charges (if applicable for remote or special service areas) will also be shown at checkout, so you always have full transparency before completing your purchase.

📌 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled by us prior to dispatch.

4. Service Coverage

At Box of Art, we currently ship orders across India through our trusted courier partners.

• If your pin code or location is not serviceable by our courier network, we will inform you at the earliest.
• In such cases, you may choose to provide an alternate delivery address (if available), or we will issue a full refund for your order.
• We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we may expand our service areas in the future, and any such updates will be reflected in this policy.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (depending on the contact details you provided).
• You can use this tracking link to monitor the real-time status and expected delivery date of your order.
• In case tracking information is delayed or not updated by the courier, please allow 24–48 hours for the system to refresh.
• If you face issues with tracking or do not receive the tracking details, you can reach out to our support team for assistance.

📌 Note: Tracking updates are managed by the courier service provider, and delays in updates are beyond our control.

6. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, non-delivery, or additional charges.
• If the courier is unable to deliver due to reasons such as wrong address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
  • Re-delivery charges may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel after a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect details, the original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
• Box of Art is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

📌 Tip: Always double-check your address and keep your phone handy during the expected delivery window to avoid any issues.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care to pack and ship your products safely. However, in rare cases where your order is damaged or lost in transit, the following applies:

• Damaged Products:
  • If your product arrives damaged, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened.
  • The video should clearly show the shipping label, unopened package, and the damage/defect.
  • This video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details.
  • After verification, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, as per our Refund Policy.
• Lost Packages:
  • If your order is lost in transit or not delivered beyond the courier’s standard delivery timeline, we will verify the issue with the courier partner.
  • Upon confirmation, we will issue a full refund or resend the order (based on product availability and your preference).

📌 Important: Claims without an unboxing video or those reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
