• Risk & Responsibility: Once we hand over your package to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery lies with them. Any delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not our liability.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is returned due to such issues, re-delivery charges may apply.
